Tomorrow, Tuesday 15 November 2016, the Democratic Alliance in the Gauteng Legislature will table motions for debate on Community Healthcare Workers (CHW) and road safety in the province.
DA Gauteng Shadow MEC for Health, Jack Bloom’s motion on CHW proposes that the House debates how effective measures can be taken to ensure that CHWs are paid on time for the critical work they perform.

DA Gauteng Shadow MEC for Roads and Transport, Dr Neil Campbell MPL, has proposed that more attention be given to road safety campaigns and the enforcement of legislation given the high number of road fatalities in the province.
